Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Foundation of Change’s online community service education program. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Purpose
Our program is designed to provide educational content, guided reflections, and engagement verification for individuals who need to complete community service hours. Acceptance of our program by a court, probation department, or other authority is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by the participant before enrollment.

2. Participant Responsibilities
Provide accurate information during enrollment.
Complete all modules, reflections, and engagement checks honestly.
Confirm acceptance of the program with the appropriate court or probation office before purchasing.
Use the program personally; accounts may not be shared or transferred.

3. Certificate Issuance
Certificates are automatically generated only after all program requirements are completed. Each certificate contains a unique verification ID for courts or agencies to confirm authenticity.

4. Certificate of Completion
Upon successful fulfillment of all required hours, participants may immediately download a certificate of completion through their account dashboard. Certificates are issued based on tracked time and coursework completion.

5. Payments
All fees must be paid in full before accessing the program. Program fees cover access to educational content, engagement tracking, administrative support, and certificate processing.

6. No Guarantee of Legal Outcome
Completion of the program does not guarantee dismissal of charges, compliance approval, or any particular legal result. Acceptance is solely at the discretion of the referring authority.

7. Prohibited Conduct
Participants may not attempt to bypass the system, falsify completion records, or engage in any activity intended to receive a certificate without completing the educational requirements.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke access or refuse to issue a certificate if fraud, abuse, or noncompliance is detected.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for rejection of certificates by any court or authority, or for any legal consequences resulting from use or non-acceptance of the program.
