Executive Summary
The Foundation of Change is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 33-5003265) providing verified, trackable online community service programs accepted by courts and probation departments across the United States. This report presents live, unaltered data from our production systems to provide full transparency into our program's reach, demographics, and engagement quality.
Since launch, 1,796 individuals have enrolled across all 51 states, collectively completing 10,566 verified community service hours. Our program has issued 303 completion certificates, each independently verifiable through our public Verification Portal. Participants have submitted 9,621 written reflections averaging 95 words each: demonstrating genuine cognitive engagement, not passive timer completion.
All coursework is CBT-informed (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), developed by licensed professionals including a certified CADC credential holder. Every session is time-verified with engagement monitoring that pauses tracking during periods of inactivity.

Participants read educational articles on topics including accountability, emotional regulation, decision-making, and civic responsibility: then write substantive reflections demonstrating comprehension and personal application.
