How Community Service Works in Utah Courts
Under Utah Code § 77-18-1, courts may order community service as a condition of probation.
Utah has 29 counties, and community service is ordered by its district courts and justice courts. The court that hears your case sets how many hours you need, the deadline and how you prove completion.
