Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 28th 2025

Our goal is to provide every participant with a fair opportunity to complete their community service education program.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted before coursework is started and within 2 days of purchase. Refunds are not available once the program has been started and a certificate has been issued.

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact info@thefoundationofchange.org with your full name, program ID, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny a refund if:
The participant has already accessed most of the course content,
Completed a majority of required hours, or
Submitted multiple reflections or engagement checks indicating program use.

This policy ensures that fees cover administrative costs and maintain the credibility of the verification process.
